DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

POSTAGE
Your chocolate is shipped within 24 hours – which is usually the day after the order was made. Please select your preferred Royal Mail postage method when you checkout.

Like most businesses Royal Mail has been impacted by COVID – it’s annoying but sometimes this means your chocolate may take a few days to arrive.


CRE*M LIQUEUR | CHALLENGE 25
Purchases of alcohol are subject to a ‘Challenge 25’ age verification scheme. It is a criminal offence for anyone under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol, and for anyone buying or attempting to buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18. All purchases and attempted purchases are recorded.

If nobody over 18 is in to receive the order after three attempts any redeliveries will be charged at the Royal Mail rate of £7.95.


PACKAGING
We are a sustainability focussed company. All our chocolate will be sent in 100% recyclable packaging.


WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
We love our staff. They don’t work weekends or bank holidays! 🙂

REFUNDS
If your order has not arrived after 21 days we will resend or replace at no cost.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order (or the order is not collected from Royal Mail following attempted delivery) it will be returned to us. We can refund the order but we can not reimburse postage costs.

Where a ‘Free Postage’ option was selected at checkout, the Postage Cost deducted will equal the cost of sending your order via Royal Mail.
